Finish Quantum has the edge on crusty dishes — its multi-chamber release timing makes the difference

Finish Quantum edges out Cascade Platinum on the stuff that’s been baked on long enough to fuse with the dish. The difference is the multi-chamber technology — Finish releases different cleaning agents at different points in the cycle, so the pre-wash has actual cleaning power instead of just hot water. Cascade Platinum is still effective, and for everyday loads you probably wouldn’t notice a difference. But on the pan that had lasagna crust baked onto it at 375 degrees, Finish had the clear edge.
