The inflatable car seat footrest raises more questions than it answers

Sounds good on paper, doesn’t work well in practice, and raises enough car seat safety questions that I can’t recommend it. The inflatable design shifts around as the kid moves, the straps don’t secure it tightly enough to the seat, and honestly, most kids just kick it off after five minutes anyway.
