The Anker Soundcore Mini 3 punches above its weight for the price

The Soundcore Mini 3 sounds better than anything at its price point has any right to — solid bass, clear mids, and it fits in a cup holder. It’s not going to win any shootouts against a JBL Flip or a UE Wonderboom, but as a travel backup or a speaker you don’t mind a toddler knocking off a table, it’s quietly excellent. The real question is whether you need a speaker that’s good enough or one that’s genuinely great, and for most families the answer is the former.
