The Dell OptiPlex 3000 Micro uses LGA 1700 but stops at 12th Gen

The OptiPlex 3000 Micro runs an LGA 1700 socket with 12th Gen Alder Lake processors — i3, i5, i7, and i9 models at 35W or 65W TDP. The catch: it doesn’t support 13th or 14th Gen Raptor Lake CPUs, so you can’t drop a newer chip into this socket. If you’re buying used, make sure the existing CPU meets your needs because there’s no upgrade path beyond Alder Lake.
