Here’s the catch with the DeskMeet X300: its HDMI and DisplayPort ports only work if your CPU has integrated graphics. Pick a chip without an iGPU and those ports are dead — you’ll need to drop a discrete graphics card into the PCIe slot before you see anything on screen.
