The Gigabyte Z690 AORUS ELITE trims audio jacks to make room for Wi-Fi antennas

The Z690 AORUS ELITE only has two analog audio jacks and an optical S/PDIF out — notably fewer than most AORUS boards. The trade-off is clear: those SMA antenna connectors for the Wi-Fi model take up rear-panel real estate. You still get a USB-C at 20Gbps and three USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports for fast peripherals, plus HDMI 2.0 and DisplayPort 1.2 for display output.
