The HP EliteDesk 800 G6 Mini has a socketed CPU and a replaceable Wi-Fi module
The EliteDesk 800 G6 Mini is surprisingly accessible for its size. The wireless card is a standard M.2 2230 module (Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX201), which is easy to swap if you need better range or newer standards. The CMOS battery is user-replaceable too, which saves a trip to a shop when it eventually dies.
The real treat is the CPU — it’s socketed and upgradeable within the 10th Gen family. In a mini PC, that’s rare. Most of these tiny boxes solder everything down, but HP left the door open on this one.
