The Intel NUC 12 Dragon Canyon lets you swap the CPU and Wi-Fi module

Most mini PCs leave you with RAM and storage upgrades and nothing else. The NUC 12 Dragon Canyon is different — the CPU sits in a socketed LGA 1700, so you can swap it within the 12th Gen family. That’s unusual for something this small.

The Intel Wi-Fi 6E module is also replaceable via an M.2 2230 key E slot, which is the standard these days. If you ever need to bump the wireless or swap the processor down the line, this NUC gives you options most of its competitors don’t.
