The Synology DS1823xs+ expands from eight to eighteen drive bays

Eight bays out of the box and expansion to eighteen via two DX1222 units — the DS1823xs+ is built to grow. It’s Synology’s answer for shops that start with eight bays but don’t want to replace the whole chassis when they need more.
