Dell’s XPS 8940 uses a standard ATX power supply, which is great news if you just want to swap in a higher-wattage unit. The catch: Dell uses a proprietary motherboard power connector, so you’ll need an adapter if you go with a non-Dell PSU. Still, it’s refreshing to see a prebuilt with off-the-shelf parts in the power department.
