The M1 iMac's only user-serviceable part is the power cord

Everything inside the 24-inch iMac is soldered — unified memory, SSD, processor. The only things you can replace yourself are the external power cord and the Magic peripherals (keyboard AA batteries, mouse Lightning charge). It’s a beautiful sealed appliance from front to back.
