Park at the official lots or the casino. Pay the peak price.

On the Canadian side, the most reliable lots are the Niagara Parks Commission lots right along Niagara Parkway. They’re huge, well-lit, and you’re steps from the falls. Peak-hour summer weekends: $30–40 CAD. The Fallsview Casino parking is also reliable but fills up—expect $20–35 CAD depending on events.

On the U.S. side, the New York State Park lots at the Prospect Point entrance are the best bet. They’re official, secure, and close. Peak summer pricing: $10–15 USD. The Seneca Niagara Casino parking is a solid backup, usually $5–10 USD.

Avoid the random private lots on either side—they often gouge you with “event pricing” and have confusing signs. Stick with the government or casino lots and you won’t get burned.

Peak season is May–October. Pay the premium. You’re there to see a waterfall, not save $8.
