Yes, it’s automatic. You don’t need to check or configure anything.

Soldered RAM is physically attached to the motherboard. The BIOS reads the timing data directly from the memory chips (SPD) and applies the correct settings. There’s no manual override because you can’t swap the modules anyway.

Even if you had a laptop with replaceable RAM, the BIOS would still handle timings automatically unless you deliberately went into advanced menus to tweak them—which almost nobody does on a laptop.

So, relax. Your laptop already knows what it needs.
