Robert Schneider of Elephant 6 produced In the Aeroplane Over the Sea

The album was produced by Robert Schneider, the frontman of the Apples in Stereo and a key figure in the Elephant 6 collective. Schneider also co-arranged the horn parts and contributed to the album’s richly layered, lo-fi production aesthetic.
