Thebe built his legacy with Kalawa Jazmee Records, the powerhouse behind South Africa's kwaito movement

Thebe made his name through a historic tenure with Kalawa Jazmee Records, the independent label that powered much of South Africa’s kwaito movement. Working alongside producers Oskido and Bruce Sebitlo, he helped define the sound of a generation of South African house and kwaito music.
