Dave Krusen played on Ten but left before Pearl Jam's rise

Krusen checked himself into rehab after the Ten recording sessions and was replaced by Dave Abbruzzese for the touring cycle. He played on one of the best-selling rock albums of all time but missed Pearl Jam’s explosive rise.
