Elis Regina got a full album with Tom Jobim as a label anniversary gift

Recording a full album of Tom Jobim’s songs was a long-held wish of Elis Regina’s. Philips Records finally approved the project in 1974 as a gift celebrating her 10th anniversary with the label.
