Pick your walkable neighborhood based on which side's vibe you want.

On the Canadian side: Falls Avenue or Clifton Hill in Niagara Falls, Ontario. On the American side: Rainbow Boulevard or near Niagara Falls State Park in Niagara Falls, NY. Both put you within a 5–10 minute walk of the water. The Canadian side has more density — more hotels, more noise, more lights, more everything. The American side is quieter, but your dining options are thinner. Trade-offs either way, but the walkability itself is excellent on both if you pick the right street.
