Niagara Falls State Park on the U.S. side is free to enter — you can walk right up to American Falls and Bridal Veil Falls without paying a dime. The Canadian side has free promenade access too, though the best viewpoints tend to be attached to paid attractions or hotels. The catch? Parking.
