The Niagara Falls Food Truck Festival — proper street food in August, no reservations needed

The Niagara Falls Food Truck Festival (usually August, Canadian side near the Convention Centre) is where you go when you’ve had your fill of sit-down tourist dining and just want to graze your way through a parking lot full of proper street food. Local and international cuisines, no reservations required, and you can eat with the mist still drying on your glasses. It’s the anti-Clifton-Hill experience and it rules.
